Welcome to Kutogo. Before you start shopping or browsing, take a minute to read through these terms. They cover the rules of the road when you use our website and buy from us. By placing an order — or even just browsing kutogo.com — you're agreeing to everything below. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, that's completely fine; just don't use the site.

Who Can Shop With Us

To order from Kutogo, you need to be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your state. By checking out, you confirm that you meet that age and have the legal right to enter into a contract with us. If you're shopping on behalf of a business, you also confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Product Info & Pricing

We do our best to keep everything accurate, but mistakes can slip through. Here's how we handle them:

• Pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price (say, $5 for a $500 hobby box), we reserve the right to cancel the order or reach out to confirm it at the correct price.
• Product photos. Images are for reference. Actual packaging or box artwork may look slightly different depending on the manufacturer's release.
• Stock availability. Something being on the site doesn't guarantee it's always in stock. We may limit quantities, sell out, or discontinue products without notice.
• Quantity limits. For high-demand releases, we may cap how many one person or household can order, to keep things fair.

Placing an Order

Submitting an order at checkout doesn't automatically mean we've accepted it. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Verify your identity or payment information before shipping
• Decline orders that look fraudulent or suspicious
• Cancel orders if a product is out of stock or mispriced

If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Payment

• What we accept. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
• Currency. Everything is priced in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• When we charge. Payment is collected when you place your order, including pre-sales.
• If your payment fails. We hold orders for 48 hours while waiting for payment to clear. After that, the order is canceled automatically.

Pre-Sale Orders

Here's how pre-sales work at Kutogo:

• You pay the full amount upfront when you place the order
• Manufacturer release dates are estimates — they can shift, and that's outside our control
• Once a pre-sale releases, we ship within 1–2 business days
• Pre-sale orders can't be canceled or modified after placement
• If a manufacturer cancels a release entirely, you'll receive a full refund

We always recommend pre-ordering big releases early so you don't miss out.

We Sell Authentic Products

Every product on Kutogo comes from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We work with companies like Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck to make sure what you're buying is 100% factory sealed and genuine. We have zero tolerance for counterfeit or unauthorized resale products. If you ever doubt the authenticity of an item you received, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Our Content Belongs to Us

Everything on kutogo.com — the logo, layout, product photos, writing, and the brand name "Kutogo" — belongs to Kutogo LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse, share, and shop. What you can't do:

• Copy our content for your own site or store
• Use our logo or brand name without written permission
• Scrape product data using bots or automated tools
• Reproduce our photos or descriptions elsewhere

If you'd like to use any of our content for a legitimate purpose, like a review or feature, just email us first — we're usually happy to help.

Things You Can't Do on Our Site

When you use Kutogo, you agree not to:

• Break any laws while using the site
• Attempt to hack, break, or disrupt our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to grab data or buy products in bulk
• Submit fake information at checkout
• Harass our staff or other customers
• Resell our products in ways that violate manufacturer agreements
• Impersonate someone else

If we catch any of this, we can shut down your account and refuse future orders.

Limit of Our Liability

We do everything we can to deliver a great experience, but here's the legal reality. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kutogo LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, lost data, or lost time
• Anything beyond the actual amount you paid for the product in question

In other words, our maximum liability is capped at the cost of your order. This is simply standard for online retailers.

No Guarantees on Sealed Products

We sell sealed products as-is. That means:

• We don't guarantee which specific cards, autographs, or memorabilia are inside
• We don't promise certain pulls, hits, or insertion ratios
• We don't warranty the contents beyond what the manufacturer provides

The chase is half the fun — we're just here to get you the boxes.

Events Beyond Our Control

Sometimes things go sideways. If a delay or problem is caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government shutdowns, carrier strikes, or manufacturer supply issues, we're not liable for the delay. We'll always do our best to communicate and resolve things, but force majeure events do happen.

Which Laws Apply

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If a dispute can't be resolved directly, it must be filed in the state or federal courts of Pueblo County, Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version always lives on kutogo.com with a fresh date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the changes.

If One Part Is Unenforceable

If a court ever decides that one part of these terms isn't enforceable, the rest stays in full effect.
