This policy explains how billing and account information work at Kutogo LLC, and the steps we take to keep every order accurate and secure. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
When you check out, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account details — including your name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information. Keeping this information up to date helps us process your order and reach you if anything comes up. We're not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or canceled orders caused by incorrect or outdated details you provide.
Our Right to Refuse or Limit Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel the quantity purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may apply to orders that share:
- The same customer account
- The same credit or debit card
- The same billing and/or shipping address
If we change or cancel an order, we'll do our best to notify you using the email address provided at the time the order was placed.
When You're Charged
Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order, including pre-sales. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.
Payment Verification
To protect you and us against fraud, we may verify your identity or payment information before shipping. If a payment can't be verified or doesn't clear, we hold the order for 48 hours and then cancel it automatically. Orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious may be declined.
Pricing & Billing Errors
We work hard to keep prices and charges accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed or billed at a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to confirm it at the correct price before shipping. If you spot a billing error on your order, email us at contact@kutogo.com and we'll review it right away.
Refunds & Cancellations
If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked. For customer-requested cancellations and returns, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.
