What's the difference between hobby boxes and retail boxes? +
Hobby boxes are premium, factory-sealed boxes packed with the best chase — autographs, parallels, memorabilia cards, and serial-numbered inserts. Retail boxes are the cheaper, mass-produced boxes you find at big-box stores. They're fun for casual collectors but usually have fewer hits. At Kutogo, we focus on hobby boxes — the real deal for collectors who want the best chase.
Are your products authentic? +
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% factory sealed and genuine. We work with authorized distributors and major manufacturers like Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck. We never sell counterfeit, opened, or tampered products. Period.
Do you sell single or graded cards? +
We focus on sealed product, but we may carry a rotating selection of singles depending on availability. Inventory changes regularly, so check back often. Don't see what you want? Email us — we may be able to source it.
What's a pre-sale order? +
Pre-sale orders let you lock in upcoming releases before they hit shelves. You pay upfront, and we ship within 1–2 business days after the manufacturer's official release date. It's the best way to secure hot releases that tend to sell out fast.
Why do you have order limits on some products? +
For high-demand releases (especially new Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck products), we may cap quantities per person, household, or order. This keeps access fair for everyone and stops bulk buyers from cleaning out our inventory before other collectors get a shot.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my items? +
Most orders ship from our facility within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 3–6 business days. You can track your order using the info in your confirmation email. If it hasn't arrived in the expected window, email us at contact@kutogo.com.
Where is my order? +
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, enter your order number on our Order Status page, or log into your Kutogo account to view your order status.
How fast do you ship? +
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (3 business days maximum). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost? +
It's FREE. Every order qualifies for free standard shipping with no minimum. Want it faster? Expedited options like UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship within the United States only. We deliver to all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard shipping: 3–6 business days. 2-Day Air: 2 business days after shipment. Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment. Remote areas or weather may add a day or two.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? +
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Otherwise, we'll need to wait until the item is returned to us before resending it.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? +
If a package is marked undeliverable and returned to us, we'll reship it to you at no additional cost.
My package looks damaged. What do I do? +
Don't open it. Take photos of the damage from multiple angles and email contact@kutogo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll handle it with the carrier from there.
💳 Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We don't accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery.
When am I charged? +
Your payment method is charged the full amount when you place your order, including pre-sale items.
Do you charge sales tax? +
We collect sales tax where required by U.S. state law. The exact amount depends on your shipping address and is calculated automatically at checkout.
What if my payment is declined? +
We'll send you an email and give you 48 hours to update your info. If we don't hear back, the order is canceled automatically.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
You may return items within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in original, sealed, unopened condition. If you received a damaged product, contact us for help. To start a return, email contact@kutogo.com.
How do I exchange an item? +
Email us at contact@kutogo.com and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? +
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we'll replace it at no cost. In most cases you won't need to return the damaged product. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a refund or an alternative of your choice. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
What if I received the wrong or a defective item? +
We're sorry for the mix-up. Email contact@kutogo.com with your order number and details. We'll cover all costs to send the correct item and provide a return label if needed.
What if my pulls are bad? +
We get it — disappointing pulls are tough. But we can't refund based on what's inside a sealed box. The chase is part of the hobby, and pull rates vary box to box. For factory card defects (centering, print errors, etc.), you'll contact the manufacturer directly, and we'll gladly share their info.
Can I cancel my order? +
If your order hasn't shipped, contact us ASAP and we'll try to stop it. A 20% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and processing. Shipped orders can't be canceled, and pre-sale items can't be canceled once payment is processed.
How long do refunds take? +
After we approve your refund, allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
🛡️ Warranty
Do you offer a warranty? +
Yes! We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all products purchased from Kutogo. If your item has a manufacturing defect or fails under normal use, we'll replace it, repair it, or refund it.
What does the warranty cover? +
Sealed products with factory defects visible without opening, wrong items received, and shipments damaged in transit.
What's NOT covered by the warranty? +
Cards inside opened boxes (manufacturer claims only), disappointing pulls, damage from misuse or accidents, and normal wear and tear from handling.
👥 Accounts & Wholesale
Do I need an account to order? +
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes things easier: track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? +
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for qualified retailers, breakers, and resellers. To apply, email contact@kutogo.com with the subject line "WHOLESALE APPLICATION." You'll need a valid business license, reseller certificate, EIN, and proof of an active storefront or online business. See our Wholesale Policy for details.
Can I buy in bulk for personal use at wholesale prices? +
No. Our wholesale program is strictly for legitimate businesses that resell our products. Personal-use bulk buying isn't eligible.
🃏 Product Knowledge
How should I store my sports cards? +
It depends on value: common cards do well in soft sleeves for sorting; higher-value cards belong in toploaders; premium cards belong in magnetic holders or graded slabs. For long-term storage, keep cards in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I get new releases before they sell out? +
Two easy ways: place pre-orders early to lock in your spot, and sign up for our newsletter — we email subscribers first when new products drop and restocks land.
Do you grade cards? +
We don't grade in-house. If you're interested in grading, we recommend submitting directly to PSA or working with a certified dealer. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
What's the difference between a "hobby box" and a "blaster box"? +
A hobby box is a premium product sold at hobby shops, packed with hits, autographs, and parallels. A blaster box is a smaller retail box with fewer packs and lower hit ratios, sold at big-box stores. We focus on hobby boxes for the best collecting experience.

Is my payment info secure? +
100%. We use PCI-compliant payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay. We never store your full card number, and all transactions are encrypted with SSL.
How do you protect my personal information? +
