We get it — once you place an order, you want your boxes in hand as fast as possible. So do we. That's why we've built our shipping to be quick, careful, and reliable. Here's exactly how it works at Kutogo LLC.
Where We Ship
Kutogo currently ships within the United States only — all 50 states, plus PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't offer international shipping yet, but it may come down the road.
How Fast We Ship
- Processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (3 business days maximum).
- Weekends & holidays. Orders placed when we're closed or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
- Pre-order items. These ship within 1–2 business days after the manufacturer officially releases them. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can shift — that's out of our hands — but we always ship the moment the product reaches our warehouse.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Shipping is 100% free on every order — no minimum. Whether you're grabbing a single pack or a full case, you never pay for standard shipping. Need it faster? Expedited options (such as UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air) may be available at checkout for an extra fee. Standard shipping always stays free.
Who Delivers Your Order
We ship with the carriers you already trust — UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Which one we use depends on your order size and location. Every package includes a tracking number, no exceptions.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, here's roughly what to expect:
- Standard shipping: 3–6 business days
- 2-Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
- Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment
Delivery times can vary based on your location and carrier conditions. Remote areas or weather delays may add a day or two.
Tracking Your Package
The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your Kutogo account anytime to check your order status. If anything looks off, email us at contact@kutogo.com.
How We Pack Your Cards
Sports cards and hobby boxes deserve more than a thin envelope. Every order ships with:
- Bubble wrap around the product
- Sturdy, reinforced cardboard boxes
- Packing peanuts or air pillows for extra cushion
- Fragile labels when needed
Our goal is simple — your boxes should arrive in the same condition they left our shop. No dings, no crushed corners, no surprises.
When Things Go Wrong
- Damaged package. It's rare, but if it happens, don't throw anything away. Take photos of the damage, the box, and the packaging, then email contact@kutogo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll handle it with the carrier.
- Lost package. If it's been more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, you'll be responsible for the cost to reship it, and original shipping can't be refunded.
