Wholesale Policies

Looking to stock your card shop, run breaks, or supply your community with hobby boxes? Kutogo LLC offers wholesale pricing to qualified retailers and resellers across the United States. By purchasing at wholesale from Kutogo, retailers agree to the policies outlined below.

Eligibility for a Wholesale Account

To qualify for a wholesale account and stay a reseller of our sports cards and hobby products, you ("the retailer") must meet at least one of the following:

• Operate a physical shop (with or without an online store), OR
• Be an online-only seller with an established following and a verifiable sales history

The following do not qualify for wholesale pricing:

• Selling on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Mercari, etc.) as your only sales channel
• Buying wholesale items for personal use or personal collections
• Drop-shippers with no inventory or a verifiable storefront
• Unverified sellers using social media as their only platform

Every buyer is reviewed and vetted to confirm the shop is a legitimate business. Kutogo reserves the right to deny applications, decline orders for any reason after approval, or terminate wholesale accounts at our sole discretion.

How to Apply

Email us at contact@kutogo.com with the subject line "WHOLESALE APPLICATION" and include:

• A short intro about your business — what you sell and how long you've been operating
• A valid business license issued in your state
• A reseller certificate or sales tax exemption certificate
• Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) or business tax ID
• Your business address (no PO Boxes)
• Website, social media, or storefront proof that you're an active business

We'll review your application within 5–7 business days and follow up with next steps.

Pricing

All pricing on our site is shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified retailers who plan to resell the items online or in-store. A few important notes:

• Promotional or volume orders don't automatically qualify for wholesale pricing, but they may qualify for a separate discount — just ask.
• Wholesale pricing is strictly confidential and may not be shared, posted, or used in advertising.
• Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, manufacturer pricing, and product availability.

Additional Discounts

Because wholesale partners already receive a significant discount, wholesale pricing doesn't stack with additional discount codes. The only exceptions are:

• Active promotions offered specifically to wholesale partners
• High-volume orders where pricing is agreed upon under contract

⚠️ Important: Orders that have an additional discount code applied at checkout will be canceled automatically.

Invoicing

We're happy to provide an invoice (in USD) for wholesale orders. To place an order or request an invoice, just email contact@kutogo.com. By making wholesale purchases from Kutogo, retailers agree to all the policies on this page.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We don't currently offer net terms or credit invoicing for new accounts. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal Business
• ACH Transfers (preferred for larger orders)
• Wire Transfers (for orders over $10,000)

Established partners with a strong order history may become eligible for net-15 or net-30 terms after 6+ months of consistent business with Kutogo.

Free Shipping

Wholesale orders qualify for free shipping on every product, with no minimum required. We ship from our facility in Pueblo West, CO, United States. Any import duties (if applicable) are the retailer's responsibility and aren't included in shipping costs. We ship with:

• UPS
• USPS
• FedEx
• Freight / pallet shipping for very large orders

Every shipment includes full tracking sent to your email.

Fulfillment

Once payment is received, orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days unless we let you know otherwise. For pre-sale wholesale orders, fulfillment happens within 1–2 business days of the manufacturer's official release date. Release dates can shift, and that's outside our control.

Bulk & B2B Sales

We accept bulk sales to B2B accounts and other wholesalers, subject to manufacturer allocations and stock availability. For B2B inquiries or large-volume needs, email contact@kutogo.com with details about your business and order requirements, and we'll work with you on a custom quote.

Return Protocol

If you need to start a return, contact us first for next steps. Wholesale return rules:

• All wholesale sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong
• Sealed products can't be returned once opened, even by wholesale buyers
• Our 1-Year Warranty applies to wholesale purchases the same as retail (see our Warranty & Replacement Policy)
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Damaged Items

Every order is quality-checked before shipping, but shipping accidents do happen. If they do, please:

• Inspect all shipments immediately on arrival
• Contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at contact@kutogo.com
• Include photos of the damage, the product, the shipping box, and the packing materials
• Don't open damaged sealed boxes — opening voids the damage claim

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim quickly through replacement, refund, or store credit.

Manufacturer Allocations & Restrictions

• Manufacturer allocations. Some products are subject to manufacturer allocations, so we can't always guarantee bulk quantities of new releases.
• Authorized retailer rules. Some products carry strict reseller agreements — for example, certain Panini items have minimum advertised pricing (MAP) requirements.
• No automatic back-orders. When something is out of stock, your order won't queue up automatically.
• Quantity limits. We may cap quantities on hot releases to keep distribution fair across all wholesale partners.

Account Termination

Kutogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account if:

• The buyer violates our terms or pricing confidentiality
• Multiple chargebacks or payment disputes occur
• The buyer resells products in ways that violate manufacturer agreements
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected
• The account stays inactive for 12+ months

Terminated accounts forfeit access to wholesale pricing and benefits.
